Terms of Service

Last updated: July 30, 2026

By accessing uaecalc.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. What the Site provides

The Site is a collection of different product types: arithmetic calculators, scenario models, a narrow specialist final-record verifier, dated official-rate references, information pages, provider comparisons, and map or directory tools. A destination’s own title, scope notice, source date, unsupported state, and methodology control over the word “suite.”

  • The DEWA destination is a tariff reference with links to official DEWA tools; it does not return a local bill amount.
  • The Salik destination provides dated rates and official links; it does not calculate a route or toll amount.
  • The gratuity destination is a narrow final-record verifier and fails closed when its evidence contract is incomplete.
  • Directory, provider, market, and map destinations may cover a dated subset and may not show live availability.

The Site may narrow, withdraw, or leave an output unavailable when the evidence is incomplete or stale.

2. Informational use only

The Site does not provide legal, employment, tax, financial, investment, utility-billing, property, medical, or other professional advice. Results are estimates or reference outputs based on stated inputs, assumptions, dates, and sources. They may not match an authority, employer, bank, provider, invoice, contract, court, or adviser.

Read each destination’s scope and limitations. Verify material decisions with the relevant official authority and a qualified professional. Do not treat a displayed result, unsupported state, provider listing, or external link as an entitlement, quotation, approval, or guarantee.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate inputs and check the selected dates, units, regimes, and assumptions.
  • Do not enter information you are not authorized to use or place confidential values in a URL you plan to share.
  • Use official calculators, bills, contracts, legislation, or provider confirmations where the Site directs you to them.
  • Do not use the Site unlawfully, interfere with its operation, defeat security controls, or overload its infrastructure.

4. Sources and third-party services

The Site may link to authorities and use third-party market-data, mapping, directory, analytics, hosting, or other services. Source dates and limitations are part of the output. Third-party data can be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or changed without notice. A link does not imply endorsement, and external sites are governed by their own terms and policies.

5. Advertising

Advertising is disabled by default in the Site build and may remain absent. If it is later enabled, it is conditional on operator readiness, applicable consent requirements, and visitor choice. Advertisements, when present, are third-party content; clicking one takes you to an external service for which we are not responsible.

6. Intellectual property and permitted use

You may use the Site for personal, lawful purposes and share links to public pages. Unless law or an applicable licence permits it, you may not reproduce substantial Site content, remove proprietary notices, impersonate the Site, or use automated extraction in a way that disrupts the service or builds a misleading copy.

7. No warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, no warranty is made that the Site, data, sources, calculations, links, or availability are complete, current, uninterrupted, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site operator and contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Site, its results, data, advertisements, or external links. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Availability and changes

We may correct, narrow, suspend, withdraw, or discontinue any destination or output. These Terms may also change; the update date above identifies the current version.

10. Governing law and severability

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
